North Coast Invitational Jr. Sheep Show

NCI is a one day sheep show featuring classes for purebred, market and unregistered sheep. The show is open to exhibitors in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, and Del Norte Counties. There is no minimum age limit for exhibitors. The show is open to all youth under the maximum age residing in the counties listed above.

The 2011 NCI Show is scheduled for May 22nd, 2011. Click on the schedule below for further information. All classes (including market lambs) register in advance, although same day arrivals are allowed and a late registration fee will be collected (see entry form below for details).

Purebred divisions will be determined by entries. There will be a total of 4 purebred divisions. In order for there to be a division, there must be entries owned by more than one breeder/owner and there must be at least 4 sheep entered.

Breeding Sheep Classes (determined by entries)
Selection of Supreme Ewe and Supreme Ram
Non-Registered Ewe Classes - Yearlings followed by Lambs
Showmanship (age as of day of show). Each class is discrete and the winner of each class will be awarded a belt buckle.
